Yes, you can! After placing your order, we’ll send you an order confirmation via email. When the order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track the order online with the carrier.
Yes, you can! Size exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of shipment, and may be made if the costume is still available. Please call for a Return Authorization (RA) number and indicate it on your return. Packages with RA numbers must arrive at Algy within 14 days of issue, and are void if not received by that time. There is an exchange fee of $10.00 per costume. Exchanges will be handled as new orders, and will require an additional 3 to 4 WEEKS manufacturing time. Poms, hair accessories, tights, unitards and undergarments are NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. No returns or exchanges for any Child 2X, Adult 2X or 3X costumes.
Delivery times depend on your location. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be packaged. Delivery can be expected within 10 business days. All costumes are made-to-order and delivery is 6-9 weeks unless noted differently.
All Performance customers must have an approved account in order to place an order. Simply create a username and password by clicking the icon sign in/register. Approval is completed within 24-48 hours by Algy Customer Service. When you register with us, you’ll have an opportunity to receive our sales and specials emails.
