Please click on the link at the bottom of your screen to learn more about the value we place in insuring the security of your transactions. For online ordering Algy accepts MasterCard or Visa. You may pay in full, or give a 50% deposit (made-to-order merchandise only). Your credit card will be charged immediately. Balances will be charged prior to shipment.

Checks or Money Orders
You may use AlgyPerforms.com to calculate your dance costume or dance accessories order. Simply go through our ordering and checkout processes, print your order and mail us a copy along with your check. Delivery will be recalculated from the time your order is received. Choose the one that's best for you and shop with confidence. Orders for made to order merchandise must include at least a 50% deposit. Orders under $100.00, and all orders for IN STOCK and FINISHING TOUCHES must be prepaid.

Confirmations and Changes

All orders will be confirmed by email. All orders for made-to-order costumes will be confirmed by postal mail and given an order number. Please call us if you don't receive a confirmation within one week of placing your order. PLEASE REVIEW THIS CONFIRMATION AT ONCE.If there are any errors please contact us at 1-800-458-ALGY, IMMEDIATELY.We understand that sometimes it is necessary to make changes to your original order. Size changes and cancellations must be handled thru customer service. Please call us at 1-800-458-2549 Size changes and cancellations will be charged a fee of $5.00 per item. Add-ons will be treated as new orders, and may be placed online. Current delivery will apply.

Delivery Information

Delivery guidelines are displayed on each product page. These guidelines represent current delivery, under normal circumstances. Algy does not guarantee delivery by any given date. While every effort is made to post accurate information, delivery variances may occur. Your picture and show dates are of the utmost importance to us. Please provide us with accurate information, so that our customer service department can contact you if any delays are expected. The Algy Performance Collection is a seasonal collection. Returns and Exchanges

Every effort will be made to accomadate your size exchange requests. Please call for a Return Authorization (RA) number and indicate it on your return. There is an exchange fee of $10.00 per costume. EXCHANGES WILL BE HANDLED AS NEW ORDERS, AND WILL REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL 3 TO 4 WEEKS MANUFACTURING TIME.
